Recipe Apricot Jam with Vanilla lemon vanilla stick jam sugar
Wash and Remove the Seeds from the Apricots
Slice them in coarse pieces
In a Jam Pan, place the apricots, sprinkle with the lemon juice, add in the sugar and the vanilla stick cut lengthwise into two
Bring to a Boil
Cook until the Jam is made, to check this, put a small plate in the fridge, once cold, run a drop of the jam on it, if the liquid gels, it’s good, otherwise continue the cooking
Remove scum and take out the vanilla from the jam
Sterilize the jars by placing them in boiling water, and pour in the jam, seal well the jars.
